Abstract

Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) typically shows orthostatic headache (OH) and is usually caused by cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage. SIH patients usually present low CSF pressure below 60 mmCSF. Here, we report one SIH patient who presented OH and normal CSF pressure. Neuroimaging demonstrated typical radiological findings of SIH. The patient was treated with epidural blood patch (EBP) at lower cervical spine level, and his headache and related symptoms were disappeared after EBP.
